Shanghai Shangcheng Pump & Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is an industrial diaphragm pump manufacturer supplying air-operated and electric configurations. Select a chemical transfer diaphragm pump by the actual liquid, operating duty and compatible wetted components.

An air operated diaphragm pump, also called a pneumatic diaphragm pump, is driven by compressed air and requires a suitable air supply. An electric diaphragm pump uses a motor and its associated drive mechanism, matched to the electrical supply and process duty. DBY and Electric Standard are electric-drive models, not pneumatic products.

OPERATING NOTES
  • For pneumatic models, confirm compressed-air quality, pressure and supply capacity; for electric models, confirm the power supply and drive arrangement.
  • Review diaphragm and all wetted components against the liquid, concentration, temperature and solids.
  • Do not assume every model permits dry running, has the same sealing arrangement or handles every corrosive or solids-bearing liquid.
