SELECTION OVERVIEW

The QBK-W is a compressed-air-driven double-diaphragm pump with a smooth stainless-steel sanitary-style flow path and clamp-connected piping. It is intended for compatible food, beverage, pharmaceutical and personal-care transfer duties. Confirm the stainless grade, surface finish, diaphragm and valve materials, cleaning method and required hygienic standard before ordering.

- Product name, viscosity, temperature and solids
- Required flow, discharge pressure and suction conditions
- Stainless grade, surface finish and connection standard
- Diaphragm, ball and seat compatibility with product and cleaners
OPERATING NOTES
- Use clean, filtered compressed air with adequate pressure and volume.
- Support connected pipework so its weight is not carried by the pump.
- Flush the wetted path after media that can settle, dry or solidify.
- Stop the pump and inspect the diaphragm if liquid appears at the exhaust.
