The I-1B series is an industrial progressive-cavity configuration for stable transfer of compatible viscous media. Selection should consider solids, viscosity, required capacity, discharge pressure and the compatibility of the rotor, stator and sealing arrangement.

  • Do not operate dry unless a special dry-running arrangement is supplied.
  • Reduce speed as viscosity, solids content or abrasiveness increases.
  • Confirm stator elastomer and all wetted materials against the exact liquid.
  • Provide safe pressure protection where the discharge can be blocked.
