QW No Block-up Sewage Pump consists of pump and motor which is separated by oil separator and mechanical sealing components. This is motor and pump integration. The motor and spindle has the same spindle. It’s has the tight structure. It has several protection equipments, which can protect the pump running. The main parts are as below:
Signal 1: with the complete pump protection box, protect water leakage, short circuit, over heating and over load
Motor Stator 8: Using B and F insulation
Water leakage detector 11: the component is in the oil room. When the sealing broke, the water flows into the oil room. The detector can send the signal to protect the pump.
Mechanical sealing 13: It has double pipe mechanical sealing. The material is rigid carbonization wolfram, with the property of durability and wear-resisting.
Vane 17: the vane is single-pipe or double pipe structure with the good throughput ability. It can pass through large sewage and fiber garbage.
Pump 15: high efficiency with vane
Sealing Ring 18: When the vane runs, the sealing ring broke. It’s easy to change.
