LQRY Hot Oil Pump is new technically and high efficiency pumps. It can work under heating for long time without cooling system. It can work safely and stable. It is widely used in heating system such as oil, chemical, rubber, plastic, pharmacy, textile, printing and dying, road building and food industries etc. It pumps the weak corrosive high temperature liquid without solid. The temperature is lower than ≤370℃. It is an ideal hot oil recycling pump.
Structure Properties
LQRY Series Hot Oil Pump is the second generation heating oil pump. The basic structure is single stage suction cantilever supporting structure. The pump inlet is spindle suction and outlet is center and vertical up at the same bottom with the motor.
LQRY series hot oil pump supporting is two-end bearing block supporting structure. The frond end is lubricated with lubricating oil and the later end is lubricated with lubricating grease. In the middle, it’s oil leading pipe which is used to water the sealing status and heating oil recovery.
It uses self heating and heating release structure and changes the traditional cooling structure. The structure is simple, small and save the running cost with the good performance, the reliable uses.

(1)Using the stuff sealing and mechanical sealing combination, stuff sealing using the high temperature resisting stuff with the good heating suitability, mechanical sealing using high mechanical, wear-resisting rigid galvanized materials, assuring the sealing under the high temperature
(2)Using the third generation PTFE as lip type sealing, largely increase the sealing properties, raise the sealing properties 25 times of rubber sealing, high anti-corrosive
