JYWQ/JPWQ series automatically stirring sewage pump

Products Description

JYWQ, JPWQ series automatically stirring sewage pump has added automatically stirring equipments to the sewage pump. The equipment rotates with the spindle and then the strong stirring force rises and stirs the sediments into the suspending in the pool and then suck into the pump and flow out. It raises the ability of jam resistant and draining. It completes draining and cleaning, saves the costs and is advanced and practical environmental products.

Structure and properties

1.Using the unique double pipe, no-jam vane structure, it can raise the ability of draining.
2.Automatically stirring equipments and having strong stirring force, it can stir the sediments into the suspending and clean the silt out.
3.The partition separates the bottom, so stirring will not affect the water coming in.
4.It is double-ends mechanically sealing which always stays in the oil room assuring the pump running smoothly.
5.Vane is fluid force sealing, which can not only protect the mechanically sealing, but also balance the axial and increase the shelf life of the spindle.
6.The water leaking detector is installed in the wiring room in the pump. When leaking, the detector can send out the signals and control system can act in time. We can also provide the safety control box.
7.Motor stator is insulated with B and F grades. The heating protector is inside. When the motor is over heated, the protector act to protect the motor and the pump.
8.The oil detector is in the oil room. When the sealing breaking, water comes into oil room, detector sends out the signals and the control system will act to protect the pump.
9.JPW has the internal recycling system and can protect the working when the pump is at the lowest water level.
