ISG Single-Stage Single-Suction Centrifugal Pump is developed by our technicians who are consulted by the domestic experts. It is technically improved compared to general vertical pump. Based on different temperature and media, these series include the pumps for hot water pump, high temperature and anti-corrosive chemical pump and oil pump. The series have the properties of high efficiency, low noise and durability and conform to JB/T 53058-93 formulated by the National Mechanism Department and ISO2858.
Main Applications
1.ISG Vertical Centrifugal Pump delivers clean water and the liquid of which physical and chemical properties are similar to clean water. It is used for industrial and city clean water supply and drainage, irrigation, fire protection, long distance water supply, cooling and heating system and bathroom (temperature ＜80℃) .
2.IRG Vertical Heating Water Pump is used for delivering hot water in metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, paper making, boiler in restaurant, hotel and bathroom and the city hot water supply (temperature ＜120℃).
3.GRG Vertical Centrifugal is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, paper making, boiler in restaurant, hotel and bathroom and the city hot water supply (temperature ＜240℃).
4.IHG Vertical Chemical Pump delivers the corrosive liquid not including solid particles and similar to water. It is used for petrochemical industry, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, power, paper making, food, pharmacy and synthetic fiber (temperature: -20℃ ~ 120℃).
5.YG Vertical Pump pumps gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil or similar (temperature: -20℃ ~ 120℃).
6.IHGB Vertical Pump is stainless steel material and explosion-proof and used for inflammable chemical liquid.
7.ISGD、IRGD、GRGD、IHGH、YGD、IHGBD Vertical Low Speed Pump is used for the environment which requires no noises and AC recycling.
Properties
1.Pump is vertical structure with the same size mouth and exit which are at the same axial line. It can be assembled into the pipe like valve. It is nice small economic product and used externally with a protecting cover.
2.Vane is in the longer spindle of the motor. Axial is short with tight structure. The motor works well in the pump and can balance the vertical and horizontal load, which can run the pump smoothly and with the small noise.
3.The sealing is mechanical sealing and or mechanical sealing combination. It uses Ti galvanized sealing ring, middle temperature durable sealing and rigid galvanized materials. It is durable and can extend the shelf life of mechanical sealing.
4.It is easy to install without dismantle pipe line system.
5.It can use both parallel and series connection based on requirements of flow and lift.
6.It can use both horizontal and vertical pumps based on requirements of piping system.
Working Condition
1.Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa; working pressure ≤1.6MPa; suction mouth pressure and lift ≤1.6MPa; static pressure ≤2.5MPa; please let us know system pressure when order. If the working system pressure is higher than 1.6MPa, you should specially point out. In the pump making, we can use the cast steel materials in some parts.
2.Temperature ＜40℃; relatively humidity ＜40%
3.The content of solid particle in the media should be less than 10% of unit volume and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
Note: If there’s small particle in the media, please point out when placing the order. We can use the durable mechanical sealing.
